With approximately 325,000 square feet of production space, the facility has state of the art plants which include a Fresh Facility for first and second processing of live hens and roosters; large scale canning operation for chicken, red meat, ham and other items, and a fully cooked plant. Our product versatility includes bread and battered bone-in or formed chicken, glazed chicken, and diced and steam-cooked chicken products. We have experience significant growth which has created several new openings within our organization.
