We love coffee. More specifically, we love great coffee. Just like you do. In fact, we're quite passionate about it. Which is why we formed this company because we believe every cup of coffee should be exceptional. And since 1977, we've been working very hard to make sure every single cup of Allegro coffee measures up to that standard.
So how do we do it? We start with great beans, and to find them we go to the source. We've tasted hundreds of samples from the worlds top growing regions to identify those one or two coffees that offer classic flavors typical of that region what we call Taste of Place. Then, we roast the beans in small batches to perfect and maintain the flavor, whether they are single origin or distinctive blends. Depending on the region and maturity of the crop, we tailor our roasts to capture the full richness and intensity of the coffee.
The result is a truly unique array of coffees that span the roasting spectrum from Full City to French roast. All at the peak of freshness and flavor, and all available for you to enjoy.
