Amstar Foods operates in over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space. We produce over 20 varieties of pizza crust and frozen pizza dough in several different sizes and formulations. Amstar Foods sells products under the Piemonte and Virga brand names. Our products are also used in privately-branded applications that appear in both your local grocer's freezer and the local restaurant table.
We are a bakery which specializes exclusively in the manufacture of fresh and frozen pizza crust. The company has been in business since 1999. While our customers are primarily located in the eastern-half of the United States, our crust ultimately ends up on the tables of people all over the country. Several foodservice distributors buy our crust for sale to their local restaurants. In addition, several companies buy our crust and then top, freeze, and deliver the products under various private labels to grocery stores from the gulf to the great lakes states.
