Carriage House Meat & Provision Company was founded in 1968 by an Illinois entrepreneur. The corporation currently is made up of two entities, Carriage House Foods and Ames Processed Foods. Although the name may have change throughout the years, the company is celebrating over thirty years of continuous operation.
Located in Ames, Iowa - the 30,000 square foot facility has been expanded more than 6 times; most recently in 2002 with the addition of an online spiral freezer.
For years the company has maintained a strong reputation for its innovation in product development, flexibility in meeting customer needs, and consistently high product quality standards
