Clovervale Farms, Inc. is dedicated to providing our nations children, seniors and military with nutritious, pure, and safe food products.
We strive to be a progressive and innovative organization, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and fairness to all our customers.
Clovervale Farms, Inc. has been in existence since 1946. The company was originally founded by two brothers, Walter and Marvin Cawrse and Walter's son Richard Cawrse, Sr. Back then, the company was known as the "East Side Dairy". Well…we have grown quite a bit from those days. What once was a local dairy is today a multi-facility concern with sales across the nation! We have expanded our product line to include the following; individual preportioned servings of entrees, vegetables, sandwiches, fruits, cobblers, peanut butter & jelly bars, frozen yogurts, sherbets, Italian ices, frozen juice pops, ice milk and now we are introducing a brand new cookie line!
Both of our locations are under continuous USDA inspection in addition to our own stringent Quality Assurance department. Clovervale sells through a network of regional sales representatives and brokerage houses to institutions such as schools, prisons, hospitals and other groups that require quality meals with minimal preparation and labor. We also participate with many states to process USDA commodities, both at the state and local levels. This helps the end users eligible for commodities to cut meal
