Custom Cuts started as Beckman Produce in 1972 as a produce wholesaler. The wholesale business was sold in 1997 to refocus the company in the fresh fruit and vegetable processing business.
Our plant located in Milwaukee is approximately 50,000 square feet and the general manager is Monty Vikse who has been with the company 20 years.
Custom Cuts is the third largest produce processor in the states we service and the 9th largest in the United States. There are approximately 600 fresh-cut processors in the US and 800 worldwide.
