Henry Broch and Company/APK, Inc., founded in 1941, is an industrial food brokerage representing natural food ingredients processors around the world. The company is one of the largest food brokerage firms in the United States.
Henry Broch & Company markets more than 400 products – and more than 1,000 varieties of those products --including spray-dried, dehydrated and freeze dried vegetables, fruit concentrates and purees, spice oleoresins, spices and air-dried herbs, IQF herbs and onions, and mint and other herb extracts.
Customers include food processors, wholesale bakers and botanicals/health food products processors. They use products from Henry Broch & Company in a wide variety of foods, including seasoning blends, sauces, soups, dressings, prepared meats and entrees, fruit drinks, pasta, rice and grain mixes, pizza and snack foods.
