At Allann Bros Coffee Co., we import our coffees exclusively from the most fertile and renowned coffee-growing regions on earth. Our estate-grown varietals are hand-selected by our Roast Master for their taste, balance and uniformity. We carefully roast each batch of coffee in our 1939 J. Burns cast-iron, gas-fired roasters. To preserve the roasted coffee beans’ characteristic flavors and intensity, every batch is air-cooled, never water-cooled. Additionally, each batch of coffee varietals is roasted separately and then blended only after the cooling process is complete. These traditional steps are the critical difference, revealing the coffee's true flavors as Mother Nature intended.
