VAN LAW FOOD PRODUCTS, INC., was formed by Curtis Van Law in Pacoima, California as a manufacturer of liquid flavorings, food colors, beverage bases and snow cone syrups servicing local distributors.
IN 1977 VAN LAW FOOD PRODUCTS, INC., was purchased by Matthew Jones and Mike Bilyk, who between the two of them had nearly 45 years experience in the food industry. They had a vision to expand the business. They started by adding creative and competitively priced BBQ sauces, salad dressings, and many custom formulated products. Growth was inevitable by this time. In 1981 the company moved from its original 5, 000 square foot facility to a 60,000 square foot location. Through commitment to customers, and the production of quality products all locations were consolidated into our current 130, 000 square foot facility in Fullerton, California.
Our in-house food scientists are capable of bringing product ideas from conception to consumption. With a fully staffed 24 hour Quality Assurance lab, VAN LAW FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. ensures a quality product in every batch.
As a key supplier to many major retailers, club stores, restaurant chains, foodservice operators, as well as growth as a contract-packaging supplier for national brands, annual growth has exceeded 20% since 1977.
