The Animal Protein Producers Industry (APPI) is a non-profit industry corporation established in 1984. The function of this member comprised corporation is to: promote and heighten the production and manufacture of safe animal by-products by improving the microbiological & chemical quality of feed fat & animal proteins, to develop and disseminate educational materials and conduct seminars on rendering plant sanitation and to engage in all other lawful trade association activities on behalf of the membership.
