Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU) is serious about making breads, cakes, and cookies. The US subsidiary of Mexico's Grupo Bimbo S.A. ("bimbo" is a shortened version of "bambino" -- or "small child"), BBU operates 14 bakeries in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas.
