The Mennel Milling Company has been milling wheat into specialty flours for over 120 years. Our flours are not only used by nationally known companies but also by independent bakers, and while you would not see our name on the store shelf, our flour is in a majority of the cake mixes, cookies, snack crackers, breadings, batters, gravies, soups, ice cream cones, pretzels, oriental noodles, and regional branded breads that you would recognize. Our flour is also used by major mix manufacturers and bakeries that cater to the fast food and restaurant trade. We can dry flour as well as thermal process flour for those with very special requirements. In addition to flour, we also produce wheat bran and wheat germ.
