Joe Corey started as a professional recruiter in January of 1980 after having manufacturing plant level and corporate headquarters experience with Kraft Foods; a unit of Dow Chemical; and a major plastic container manufacturer. His job placement and recruitment expertise is primarily in the consumer packaged goods sector. That is, companies manufacturing Food, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and Household Products. Professional recruitment expertise in the fields of LEAN/Six Sigma; Process R&D; Continuous Improvement; Industrial Engineering; Packaging Equipment Engineering; Plant Engineering; Operations Management; Maintenance Management; Controls Engineering; Quality Control; and Supply Chain Management. Prior to starting up Joe Corey and Associates, Joe Corey was the owner of Industry Consultants from 1982-2002, a Search firm based in Atlanta. Mr. Corey is one of the first members selected to The Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 1%ile producing professional recruiters in the USA. Mr Corey has placed more than 700 professionals and managers in his career to date.
