Pacific Cheese started as a cheese brokerage firm, representing major mid-western companies.As the California dairy industry evolved and grew, so did Pacific Cheese. In order to continue providing value-added service to our customers, we transformed ourselves into a unique link between manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer. By moving into manufacturing, packaging, and direct importing, we've been able to supply a complete line of cheese.
Our clients cover all major sectors of the cheese industry, including food service, restaurant, retail, and industrial applications. . We are now one of the largest, privately-owned cheese companies in the West.
Still owned and operated by the family that started it all, Pacific Cheese continues to be a family tradition.
