This facility manufactures Custom formulated soups, sauces, dips and side dishes for foodservice use.
Utilizing advanced technology processing equipment, this operation produces custom formulated soups and sauces and virtually any product that can be produced utilizing a kettle cooked process. In addition to cooked liquid products, this facility also produces cold-processed sauces and marinades.
The Arlington, Texas plant also serves as CTI Foods Culinary headquarters. In the facilities test kitchen, the CTI Culinary and R&D staff can develop products while simulating production conditions ensuring a smooth, consistent scale up from bench-top to production floor.
