Employee Solutions is a regional staffing company that began operations in Farmers Branch in 1997. Company founders, David Bristol and Jason Gorham, started the company with a single client and no applicants. Both of the founders had previous experience working for other staffing companies when they decided to create a new kind of staffing company where the focus was on providing a higher class of service to both the client companies and to the job applicants.
This higher level of service has been reflected in the growth of the company since 1997. The Richardson office was opened in 1998, an Addison office was opened in 2000, and the Austin, McKinney, and Mesquite offices opened in 2003. Finally, the Arlington and Denison offices were opened in 2004.
The company has focused on being a valuable partner to the communities that we serve. We are members of the Garland, Richardson, Frisco, Prosper, Metrocrest, Dallas, Sachse, Mesquite and McKinney Chambers of Commerce. Our staff members have certifications from the American Staffing Association, and some are degreed Human Resource Professionals, or achieved qualification as Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS).
