As a contract manufacturer we specialize in providing custom food solutions to a variety of customers, including the largest retailers and foodservice providers in the country. BENEFITS

Eligible employees are offered Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for themselves and for covered dependents on the first of the month following completion of their waiting period.

Life Insurance: Full-time employees are automatically covered by basic life insurance starting with the first day of the month following the completion of their waiting period. Employees are able to purchase additional coverage for themselves, and for their spouses, and children. Accidental death and dismemberment coverage is available as well.

Disability Coverage: Regular full time employees who have completed their waiting periods are eligible for long-term disability insurance, and can purchase a short-term disability policy for themselves.

Retirement Savings Plan - 401(k): Little Lady Foods offers employees the opportunity to save money for retirement from each paycheck on a pre tax basis. There is a company match that employee is eligible to keep upon vesting.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) starting with date of hire.

Little Lady Foods’ facilities consist of several award-winning production plants in the greater Chicago Area. All of our plants are USDA inspected. Little Lady Foods is audited by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and has received AIB’s highest rating of “Superior” every year since 1995.
