Bridor USA is a subsidiary of Group Le Duff North America. Bridor USA is a manufacturer of high-quality Artisan Breads, Pastries, Croissants, and many specialty breads for the In-Store-Bake and Foodservice segments. All products are either raw or par baked and are shipped frozen through traditional points of distribution.We own and operate four manufacturing facilities in North America. Three of these are in the Province of Quebec and one is in Vineland NJ. Group Le Duff also owns over 1000 Restaurants including Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery, La Madeleine and Brioche Dore.
