Vieira's Bakery has a state of the art facility equipped with a two-story office and a production area containing equipment utilizing the latest technology. All of the machines are computer automated. In order to increase productivity as well as storage capacity, equipment was purchased from Europe to increase production to 45,000 rolls. This equipment includes automated packaging and quality control technology. The second holding freezer has the capacity to store 43 trailer loads of product. The original building was expanded to 100,000 square feet. Located in the Ironbound section of Newark.
