Consumer Products Professional, Gloria Miller has been an Executive Recruiter since 1991. She joined an executive search firm, Management Consultants, Inc. with no experience in recruiting and built their food segment from recruiting supervisors and mechanics to mid management and director level. Developed strong relationships with clients such as Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company, The Dannon Company, The Dial Corporation, Hershey Chocolate, NA, Warner –Lambert Company, Great Brands of Europe, Van Den Bergh Foods Company, and Maybelline Products Company, Inc.
During the 7 year tenure at MCS, Inc., Gloria grew her segment to the top billing account executive in the company. The relationship with The Dannon Company grew to such that 90% of her business came from the tremendous growth Dannon was experiencing. She secured an exclusive assignment to relocate their Research and Development Department from the Minster, Ohio facility to their Fort Worth location. (11 positions)
In 1997, Gloria left her current employer and became a Contract Staffing Consultant with The Dannon Company. Working remotely from her office in North Carolina, she successfully recruited for locations in UT, TX, NY, and OH, also “farming out” to Dannon’s sister companies Great Brands of Europe, (Dannon Water) and Lea & Perrins on an as needed basis. On an accelerated time constraint, recruited the domestic manufacturing start up team for Dannon Water. The Water Group expanded their sales department and Gloria was one of two recruiters who managed the process of hiring over 30 sales professionals. Traveled to Universities to recruit interns for Dannon Yogurt's manufacturing facilities
After a successful 5 years in Dannon’s employment, their growth slowing, Gloria opted to return to the Executive Search business where she incorporated and has to date had successful relationships with Morningstar Foods, Dean Foods, SlimFast Foods, Empire Kosher, Coca-Cola and Amerock.
