Process/Project Engineer 57.07BM
Description: The focus for this engineer will be medium range and longer type improvements. Some cycle time improvements on the batch side. A major focus will be de-bottlenecking the evaporator side of the process. Will also work on longer term improvements requiring capital projects at other plants. Will also manage the PSM program and software changes to the PLC/DCS control.
Requirements: BS Chemical Engineer with ideally 5-10 years experience out of some type of chemical process. Must have liquid processing experience. Key is process improvement and day to day trouble-shooting experience. A plus would be evaporator experience. Must have some project experience. Also PSM experience. Other pluses would be experience managing the PSM program or performing audits, as well as controls experience, specifically PLC’s, ideally programming Ladder Logic.
