Duties
Responsible for hands on product development from concept through pilot plant development to commercial scale up in support of their "impulse" product division. Formulation of work with both frozen and cultured products. Work extensively in cross functional teams with representatives from marketing, purchasing, plant operations and engineering department. A portion of time is dedicated to development product prototypes to support the development of innovative projects.

Requirements

• BS in Food Science or Dairy Science (advanced degree is a plus)
• 1-5+ years of product development experience preferred (with an advanced degree may look at less years of experience)
• Dairy products background (frozen dairy products would be a direct fit)
