Job Description
Large well established bakery has an immediate opening for an experienced R&D Manager for their Bakery Ingredients Dept. Located in a very popular Northeast area.
Candidate should have: - at least 3-5 years experience in R&D focused on bakery ingredients. - a degree in Food Science or related field (a plus but not nec.) - Management experience - In depth knowledge of current ingredient functionality and comm. bakeing technology. Hands on test baking skills. Experience with analytical baking equipment.
