Job Description
Bachelors Degree in Business, MBA preferred. Must HaveTen or more years of experience, must have multiple entities management, operations and performance management experience. Grain processing, food processing, or chemical processing industry experience beneficial. Previous public, community, and/or Board relations experience preferred.
The RVP reports to the COO and is responsible for managing a team General Managers and premier partner plants in a multi-state region. The Regional VP: Manages General Management team via performance management (ie. scorecards, performance evaluations, etc.) Manages plant financials to ensure maximum plant efficiencies and return on investment Works with plant Board of Directors Presents to executive committees and shareholders on a regular basis Epitomizes the values of the company daily with employees and the community and demonstrates acceptable level of leadership concerning deployment and implementation of all company-driving initiatives. Travels up to 50% of the week.
