BACKGROUND:
- 4 year degree required, Prefer Food Science or related degree
2+ years experience in Product Development/ Food Technology required Must be able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team Must have good creative, problem solving and organizational skills along with excellent communication skills Experience with a variety of ingredients and processing systems is desirable
POSITION:
Day shift! Provides Food Science, Culinary and Project Management experience to design and develop new products and to improve existing products, ingredients and processes. Plan and do testwork to optimize product design and formulation. Lead projects with internal manufacturing and/or external co-manufacturing. Facilitate meetings and task force teams to support projects.
SALARY: Up to $75K + Bonus
