BACKGROUND:

MUST BE WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS OF WASHINGTON, DC / BALTIMORE AS THERE IS NO RELOCATION PROGRAM - THEY WILL GIVE A SMALL LUMP SUM TO HELP WITH RELO

• Must have a four year degree - BS or BA
Need 3+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in a progressive environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / similar a plus
Leadership style should be that of a coach and leader
Must be open to an off-shift position
Candidate should have good communication skills
No job hoppers

POSITION:

Responsible for a production team of about 25 in a fast-paced, nonunion manufacturing plant. Will be working with brand new product lines. There will be a focus on continuous improvement and developing the team, which will include new hires.

SALARY: Up to $75K + Bonus

LOCATION: MD
