Company is a major soybean processor, rice exporter and oil producer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for organizing, coordinating and overseeing daily operations, costs, capital budgets, efficiency, grain, grain quality and procurement.
Responsible for overall plant performance, maintenance, operations, sanitation, supervisors, staff and farmer relations.
EXPERIENCE: 4 years of above experience with minimum of two years management experience.
Able to calculate discounts, interest, commission percentages, etc.
Have or acquired necessary certificates, licenses, registrations and CPR, Proficient in personal computers
This is a new position for depth.
POTENTIAL: Management & salary increases.
Client wants someone who has previous grain production experience.
