Opportunity: The Plant Manager will head up manufacturing operations at one of the company’s locations in the Mid-Atlantic. Complementing the size of this operation and the scope of the responsibilities, the successful candidate needs to be an experienced professional with the skills and drive to take a significant leadership role for this facility of approximately 2,000 non-union employees. The position reports directly to the Complex Manager and will be responsible for approximately 7 direct reports in production, shipping, sanitation, security, and plant services. You must be an individual who is equally comfortable building rapport on the plant floor as you are in a business-planning meeting with senior management. Qualifications and Capabilities: B.A./B.S.
