Qualifications
What we are looking for is someone who is able and flexible to work Day and Swing shifts, responsible for developement of key personnel-supervise cross training to insure back up for all key positions. MUST HAVE PASS EXPERIENCE IN THE DAIRY INDUSTRY. Will oversee Sanitation department (graveyard shift.)Estabish procedures for ensureing highest standards for product quality and safety. Mange operations to insure that annual coporate goals for efficiency, quality and safety are met.
