Job Description
Growing organization seeking talented Maintenance Supervisor! Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree. Engineering or Technology preferred.
Must have minimum of 2 years Maintenance supervision experience in food or beverage manufacturing environment. Must have experience with PM programs. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Prefer experience with utilities, ammonia and capital project management. Prefer knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Duties:
Supervises day to day maintenance department operations in multi-shift food/beverage manufacturing facility. Works closely with Maintenance Manager to develop Maintenance team members, reduce costs/downtime, identify and execute cost savings initiatives, implement continuous improvement systems, execute/support execution of capital projects, etc.
Location: VA
Salary: $60K - $75K
