Job Description
Our client, a Fortune 500 producer of consumer products seeks a leader to manage its company wide data records and systems. Its category leading products continue to provide cost-saving solutions for Food, Healthcare, Industrial and other key Commercial business channels. Demand for these has driven substantial national and worldwide sales.
This manufacturer is looking for an individual to head its company-wide Data Records management system. Essential duties will include leadership responsibilities to ensue the accuracy and security of its Master Data records. To support the platform this leader will manage the activities of 4 direct reporting Master Data Administrators to communicate throughout the company all Master Data policies, procedures and key impact changes as the company continues to move from its current legacy data system to a more efficient SAP related platform. Other duties will include establishment of metrics, measurements, maintenance and review procedures to successfully network the Master Data system across all company departments. Special duties will include creating effective correspondence, instruction and guidance to all company employees on successful usage of Master Data information.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must possess a minimum of three years experience using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems associated with Master Data records/files. A successful track record centered around analysis, design and execution of interdepartmental business processes gives you a big advantage. Additional ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel sets you apart. Experience within a manufacturing environment, although not required, is highly valued. A B.S. or B.A. in a Business related curriculum or Computer Science is required.
First year earnings are expected to be $85K-$95K plus excellent benefits.
