Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for a Food Manufacturing Company located in North Dakota. Currently seeking a first shift maintenance supervisor, Licensed Electrician and/or electrical experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience, who will report directly to the maintenance manager. The Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning and coordinating the electrical/electronics activities with the plant personnel and will direct the electronic - electrical function to assure the maximum operating efficiencies are maintained to meet minimal downtime, quality, volume, grade yield, safety performance and cost control. Individual will provide technical support to ensure the floor - level controls and other information systems provide the necessary information to operate efficiently. Qualified individual will also provide technical services to ensure assigned projects are developed, managed and executed within the cost and time frame required and in conformance with applicable codes and standards of safety, quality, sanitation and environmental protection. Candidate will be accountable for the electrical, instrumentation, and computer portions of the maintenance budget as well as be accountable for identifying potential capital projects, repair jobs and new projects in his/her area. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience and be either a Licensed Electrician and/or have electrical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
