Job Description
Great company who is looking for someone to become the next Warehouse Manager!! Requirements:
- Must have a BS Degree
Experience supervising a shift in a warehouse pick operation Strong leadership and people development skillsTrack record of accomplishmentPrefer experience in a high speed operation
Duties:
Leads and develops a group of approximately 20 union hourly on first shift in a fast paced warehouse environment. Manages pick operation to ensure on time deliveries and accurate inventory control. Trains and develops hourly employees. Fosters a team oriented atmosphere and works with other departments on implementing continuous improvement practices throughout the warehouse operations. Works closely with the warehouse manager on budgeting and planning for the operation.
Salary: $50K to $60K + 5 % Bonus
