The PepsiAmericas, Inc. Supply Chain facility in Twinsburg, OH, is seeking a candidate for our Operations Functional Development Program. This rigorous program includes a 12-month training process that involves the candidate to all functions of the PepsiAmericas, Inc., provides challenging and cross-functional projects, exposes the candidate to all levels of management and provides a "deep-dive" preparation for placement in one of PepsiAmericas, Inc. state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Program includes rigorous training in the following areas:
- Quality Control
- Manufacturing Operations
- Safety
- Human Resources
- Maintenance and Engineering
- Warehouse
- Logistics and Distribution
- Fleet
- Finance and Accounting
- Manufacturing Supervision
The successful candidate will have the following:
Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management, Transportation and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business or related field.
·Must be willing to relocate.
·Must be able to work variable shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
·1-3+ years of manufacturing experience.
·The proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people.
·Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
·A desire to grow, develop and contribute in an international organization.
