WEST COAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
The Wright Group (www.thewrightgroup.net), providing superior service and expertise to the, nutritional, functional food, pharmaceutical, milling and baking industries, is currently searching for a West Coast Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include:
· Directing the overall sales efforts for the assigned geographic area to increase value-added market share. · Drive the sales strategy and objectives for the assigned region. · Develop regional sales strategy and tactics in conjunction with the goals of the Company. · Develop budget and forecast for the assigned territory. · Troubleshoot causes of customer dissatisfaction and drives the organization to speedy resolution of issues. · Sales goal setting and analysis. · Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for their region · Market discovery and competitive analysis
Qualifications · Must have a B.S. or B.A. with 3-5 years sales management experience in the food, supplement, nutritional, and pharmaceutical industries. · Possess excellent written and verbal communication · Have excellent computer skills · Have a proven track record in sales achievement. · Good prospecting and closing skills · Emphasis on solution selling skills and relationship building · Consultative sales skills · Ability to work with senior management · Ability to travel at least 50%
