Job Description
Our client poultry company is seeking a controller to manage all phases of the accounting department. Candidate will maintain an effective system of internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate and generally accepted standards of accounting and reporting. Manage the processes of recording, reviewing, and reporting the operations performance, with a focus on continuous improvement in terms of accuracy, timeliness, relevance, and cost. Effectively utilize information processing technology and staff to deliver information to management in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for training and development of accounting staff.
B.S. in accounting or B.B.A. with emphasis in accounting/finance along with 6-10 years of related financial management experience including supervision.
