Job Description
Position will be responsible for the development of new or existing products at the bench, pilot plant and factory levels. This position requires the ability to provide expertise in the area of pasta formulation and processing. This role will work independently and in conjunction with manufacturing facilities producing pasta and sauces. Minimum of 3 years experience in pasta manufacturing and BS/MS in Food Science. A MS in Cereal Science is preferred. This position requires knowledge of milling, pasta manufacturing, processing/cooking, equipment and suppliers. Experience with sauce manufacturing a plus. Must be comfortable working in production facilities.
