Job Description
Provide maintenance engineering professional and technical support to the operational/manufacturing functions to reduce unplanned downtime and continuously improve operational performance. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of Maintenance and Improvement (M and I) with the Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) approach and supported by a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Functional Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of Asset Maintenance Management as Factory Maintenance System including: Technical Stores Management, Scheduled Work Order Management and Labor Hour allocation, and Equipment Bill of Material (BOM). Manage the implementation of Maintenance Best Practices, including: Optimize Predictive Maintenance technologies (Condition Monitoring and inspections) to minimize unplanned downtime. Degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in a technical field in a food manufacturing facility. In-depth knowledge of best in class Equipment Maintenance Techniques, Practices, and Technology, including: applicable maintenance techniques, appropriate maintenance execution, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Quick Changeover. Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering. General understanding of financial analysis, budget reports and relevant business drivers. Proficient in MS Office, Basic AutoCAD or Visio, and MS Project.
