DESCRIPTION: business unit including grain origination/storage, grain marketing, resources and advice, crop input products (seed and fertilizer), agronomic advice and information services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Central and Northern IN Farm Services Group (FSC) crop inputs and P & L.
Will work closely with FSG Sales Manager, 2 Selling Agronomists, Farm Marketers (FM) and Customer Service Reps (CSR's).
Will coordinate crop input requirements and logistics.
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plan.

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years experience in related crop input or agronomy sales.
Would like agriculture/rural background with production and basic agronomy knowledge.
Must have sales and marketing knowledge plus understanding of working capital management and understanding of logistics.

TRAVEL: Will travel Central and Northern Indiana about 1/3 of the time.

Incentive plan tied to sales results
