Cargill has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Supervisor with our Cargill Value Added Meats-Retail, Springdale, AR, facility . This position is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager with managing inventory levels for production; ordering production runs at supplier to maintain appropriate stock; taking accurate inventory counts; supervising the daily operations of the warehouse; and maintaining supplier relationships.
Qualifications College degree and/or equivalent work experience 3+ years of inventory control supervisory experience or 5+ years of overall supervision required. Demonstrated excellent computer skills Demonstrated ability to analyze schedules and data Demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) Demonstrated effective decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Demonstrated strong leadership skills
