Cargill Meat Solutions has an opportunity available for an Shipping/Receiving Supervisor 3rd Shift. Principal Accountabilities: Supervise the proper handling, freezing and storage of product. Monitor and manage the warehouse process, in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the department, this includes but not limited to: loading procedures, customer shipping orders, loading of trailers, housekeeping, monitor and maintain equipment. Achieve and maintain the lowest possible levels of turnover and absenteeism. Develop and recommend ideas and processes to promote improved productivity and efficiencies while lowering cost. Collaborating with logistics and preprice supervisor to coordinate shipping loads. Effectively orient, train and develop all employees. Implement all procedures and policies, which include safety, job rotation, ergonomics, job expectations, work rule requirements and the communication process.

Qualifications Required:

College degree strongly preferred or equivalent supervisor experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills with co-workers, management outside drivers and vendors Computer literacy required (excel) Must be flexible and show ability to handle multiple task simultaneously Good decision making and problem-solving skills Bilingual skills strongly preferred (Spanish/English)
