Job Title: Distribution Supervisor Requisition No: mbco-00003779 Division: Brewery Operations - Irwindale Location: Irwindale CA

Job Description: College degree or equivalent experience is required with 5 years minimum supervisory experience in the distribution and warehousing of food / beverage, or consumer packaging goods. This position requires basic knowledge of SPC, GMP, TQM, CIP, OSHA LOTO, and other regulatory compliance, etc. Candidates should be open to working off shifts and weekends. Responsibilities will include the supervision of 10 to 30 Union hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have good skills in conflict intervention / resolution, communication both written and verbal. A good understanding of distribution operations including material handling, manpower scheduling, Dispatch and loading of trailers is necessary. The understanding of a finish goods inventory control system is required. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of equipment maintenance and be able to work within a maintenance system.
