The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Production Supervisor for a Fortune 100 Manufacturing Facility located in Kansas City, KS. Candidate MUST HAVE a BS in Engineering (ME, CE, IE, EE) and 0-5 years Manufacturing Leadership Experience in a high speed manufacturing facility. Must be open to an off shift. Must be able to relocate after 2 years. Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation and management of the facility during the assigned shift in the production area and its support functions. Leads the implementation of TPM, Continuous Improvement and activities for their areas of responsibility. Assures that production performance standards are met and improved during their shift to meet customer requirements. Monitors the quality in the production process to prevent quality failures and ensure compliance with company policies, GMP's, and government regulations and policies. Develops and/or executes effective training plans to further develop team members skills and knowledge to achieve proper execution of operating procedures. Maintains open communications and shares important plant information to all team members. Manages shift employee relations issues in coordination and with the counseling from the Production Manager and/or the HR Manager. Identifies and pursues opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs in the production areas. S/He abides by and enforces all plant safety policies, promotes safety improvements and strives for a safety perfect culture. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Production Supervisor position MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline (ME, EE, CE, IE) with 0-5 of Production/Manufacturing Leadership or Supervisory experience from within a Manufacturing Facility.
