Job Description
Leg or Breast Deboning Supervisor at a Poultry Processing facility. This is a 1st shift position, bilingual is a plus (not a must). Supervising approximately 40 employees. 2+ yrs as a supervisor in deboning is required. Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, OSHA, Safety, SSOPs and GMPs. Good Salary plus bonus potential.
