For more information, please visit www.dannon.com We currently have an opening for a Production Supervisor. This position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations. This person will be responsible for achieving productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and OE objectives (QCDM) through both individual and team contributions. In addition, this person will continuously monitor line performance, quality, costs and safety to ensure that they are within standard, and initiate corrective and preventive actions when standards are not met. The Production Supervisor provides direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications (A) Minimum • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 6 years of production experience • Leadership experience in a manufacturing organization • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter, needing little direction • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, conflict management and problem solving skills • Demonstrated teambuilding skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Shift flexibility including weekends and holidays when required (B) Desirable but not Essential • Dairy experience • Previous leadership in a union environment • Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies
