Job Description
Our client, a long time leader in the fast growing food ingredient industry is again growing and now seeking a top caliber and innovative Food Technologist as an addition to staff:
Requires experience in food product development, food product improvement, cost reduction and sensory analysis. Candidate must have experience working on bench top and pilot plant, and be able to manage and develop scientific studies and choose and screen a broad range of food ingredients. Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree or higher in food science or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in product development. Strong skills in innovation, problems solving, project planning and communication are desirable. Candidate will become an expert in a range of unique ingredients, and will be trained to provide technical support and to develop application prototypes for these ingredients.
