$60K to $65K + 10% Bonus

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience supervising maintenance in a manufacturing plant. Prefer high speed packaging in the food or beverage industry
Must have experience on the utilities side of the business preferably with Ammonia Refrigeration and Boilers
Prefer experience with continuous improvement programs such as Lean, TPM or other similar programs
Prefer a Bachelors Degree, but will consider strong experience as a maintenance supervisor
Experience with CMMS programs is strongly preferred

Duties:

Oversees planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring of maintenance and building / facilities activities. This position is also responsible for managing plant preventive maintenance, work order and parts inventory systems.

Location: AR

Salary: $60K to $65K + 10% Bonus
