Position Purpose:
Assist in the development, execution and overall management of the marketing plans for dairy foods marketing. Includes annual/long-range planning, pricing/profit analysis, line extension development and national/regional consumer and trade programs. Requires strong ability to utilize a marketing perspective when working in a sales environment with the sales force and customers. Provides additional resources during the planning and key execution period.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education: 4 year degree, with MBA in progress or preferably completed, with Marketing emphasis preferred. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience or related experience also required.
Required Competencies & Other skills: The candidate should have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Must also possess effective analytical and quantitative problem solving abilities and be result orientated. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Preferred Experience & Education: Knowledge of the CPG and/or Foodservice industry preferred.
