Duties: Strong leadership skills are a must as well as having proven supervisory experience. Understanding of USDA guidelines as well as HACCP, GMP's and are required.

Requirements: Experience in bacon slicing, curing, smoke house, packing, and belly conversion. College degree is not required, but is a plus. Strong candidate will be able to communicate well with all cultures.
