Duties: Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders. Ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line. Overseeing employee morning exercises and job rotation in order to facilitate ergonomics. Ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible. Be familiar with OSHA and FSIS regulations. Ensure compliance with the safety policies and procedures. Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines. Communicate product specifications, and job orders to workers and assigns duties. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Maintains time and production records. Generally nine (9) or more hours/day as scheduled by management. Normally Monday through Friday as scheduled and weekends if necessary.

Requirements: Requires high school education. Prefer education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses. Two years meat industry experience and Two years supervisor supervisory experience. Must have strong organizational skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual skills a plus.
